Birds > Passerine > Red-billed Chough Pyrrhocorax pyrrhocorax

info

Red-billed choughs in Mongolia could be encountered almost exclusively near human settlements.  Like black kites, they were quite common. But taking a photo of them was not so easy, as they would usually sit on roofs, pylons, and we know that it is not an interesting perspective to photograph. It was also difficult to record a clear soundtrack of these birds’ voices, as human noises or a tree sparrow’s sounds distorted the recording.
