As it was written in the text of the Zebra Finch, these parrots were bred in my backyard aviary. It was amazing that they could survive even severe frost. Of course they were provided with a place to live sheltered from the wind and fresh lukewarm water every day. It was a pity but this was the only species which I was not able to reproduce. Despite several attempts I failed. In Australia for the first time I saw the Crimson Rozella in the Blue Mountains. The session was quite difficult because rozella preyed in fairly high grass and I had no tripod with me. As a result such a great number of blurred images to throw in the bin. Well, I thought, maybe it was meant to be one of my unsuccessful sessions. But you can see that it did not end like that. We drove a bit farther and stopped in the vicinity of the caves. As the heat was hard to bear we decided to rest and have a drink outside, in the garden restaurant. I saw the signs showing the ban on feeding birds, and judging by the silhouette of a bird - the ban on feeding parrots. I was right, after a while several crimson rosellas flew in  looking for leftovers or trying to scrounge. They were literally at my fingertips, too bad that in such an urban environment. Their coloration was beautiful and in memory of this meeting a few pictures that I published in the gallery were taken. At the end of the gallery you can find “Do not feed” sign. Welcome.
