Probably most popular bird in Poland in our direct surroundings. Point of reference of the size to other birds. What's interesting, he lives almost exclusively in areas inhabited by the man. It weights around 30 grams with a wingspan of 30 centimeters. Due to its occurrence it is an excellent target for photography training.

I’d never really devoted a day for photographing Eurasian tree sparrows or house sparrows. Most of the pictures were taken by chance and that’s how the gallery of the Eurasian tree sparrow or house sparrow were created. It had been until we went to a „predator” hide, in which we managed to take interesting photos of Eurasian tree sparrows and house sparrows only. Changes in these galleries were introduced. Quite funnily, to be able to make these changes in the galleries of such popular in Poland species of birds, I had to travel several hundred kilometers. It was good that they appeared as about 30 hours of waiting for predators would have been hard to stand.

Perhaps the most beautiful in nature photography is the unpredictability and the opportunity to see and capture something amazing, remarkable, interesting, worth coming back to, even many years later. Sparrows, as they are quite common, have never been in the foreground of photographic sessions. And it was like that this time also. I photographed scaly-breasted munias which took their bath when suddenly the larger sparrows decided to take over the bathing area. I took a few interesting photos, which significantly changed the previous gallery of this species on my website.
